Good to know

• The certificate is free and takes 2 working days.
• It shows whether an individual or a company has or has no arrears on payments to the national public budget.
• You can order it online in your Personal Cabinet (the "Tax situation" block), or at the counter of the tax service directorate for your home or seat, or at the large taxpayers directorate.
• You can download it from your cabinet ("My files") or collect it at the counter where you applied.

How to apply

   Send the request

   Online: press Apply online at the top of this page, then the block "Tax situation" in your Personal Cabinet. At the counter: go to the tax service directorate for your home or the seat of your company (or the large taxpayers directorate).

2. You do this

   Get the certificate

   Download the electronic document from your Personal Cabinet, "My files" block, or collect it at the counter where you applied.

Required documents

• A free-form request
  it must state the tax code of the applicant, what the certificate is for and how many copies you need
• ID of the applicant
  original and copy
• If a representative applies
  a copy of their ID and a copy of the document showing their authority
• If a partner or shareholder applies for the taxpayer
  a copy of their ID and a copy of the document that proves they are a partner or shareholder
