Confirmation of your contribution record earned in Moldova

Good to know

• The form confirms the contribution record you earned in Moldova. It is issued at the request of the competent institution for people who worked legally in Moldova.
• It is sent to the competent institution of one of the states that are parties, with Moldova, to a social security agreement, so that the periods of insurance can be added together.
• It is free and takes 30 calendar days from the date of the application.
• The insured person who worked in one of those states, or a representative with a power of attorney, can apply. The list of bilateral agreements is on the CNAS website.
