The application can be submitted in person, on the basis of a power of attorney or an authorisation issued through the MPower platform. On request, the extract can be issued in electronic form or on paper.

How to apply
- Submit the application
Applications can be submitted:
- online, by using the Apply online button;
- in person, at the office of the General Inspectorate of the Border Police, MD 2059, Chișinău, 19 Petricani Street.
- Pay for the service
The fee can be paid online, through MPay or the Payments module in EVO.
- Issuing the extract
The extract on crossing the state border is issued:
- online, available in EVO Cabinet;
- in person, at the following Border Police offices:
General Inspectorate of the Border Police, Chișinău, 19 Petricani Street;
North regional directorate of the IGPF, Edineț, 60 Independenței Street;
South regional directorate of the IGPF, Cahul, 40 Garoafelor Street;
East regional directorate of the IGPF, Ștefan Vodă, 3 Grigore Vieru Street;
West regional directorate of the IGPF, Ungheni, 33 Națională Street.
The extract can be collected by:
- the applicant, on presentation of the identity document;
- the applicant's representative, on presentation of the original authenticated power of attorney, according to the legislation.
Issuing the information within one day:
- applications submitted 08:00–10:00 → collection the same day, 16:00–16:30;
- applications submitted 10:00–17:00 → collection the next day, 16:00–16:30.
Required documents
The following documents are attached to the application submitted by an individual, as applicable: A copy of the identity card when the extracts are requested that contain official information with limited accessibility concerning the applicant themselves; a copy of the identity card of one of the parents, a copy of the birth certificate of the minor child, where the parent(s), acting as legal representative(s), request the issuance of official information with limited accessibility concerning the minor(s); where the application for the issuance of the information is submitted by the representative of the rights holder/lawyer, it is completed and signed by the representative/lawyer, with copies attached of the identity cards of the representative/lawyer's licence and of the person represented, a copy of the lawyer's power of attorney/mandate, authenticated in the appropriate manner and attesting the right to request and receive information from the General Inspectorate of the Border Police; a copy of the identity card, a copy of the vehicle registration certificate or another document attesting the right of possession or use of the vehicle, where information on means of transport is requested.
The following documents are attached to the application of a legal entity, as applicable: A copy of the registration certificate of the legal entity, a copy of the vehicle registration certificate or another document attesting the right of possession or use of the vehicle; an authenticated copy of the power of attorney issued by the legal entity if the application is submitted through a representative, a copy of the registration certificate of the legal entity, a copy of the vehicle registration certificate or another document attesting the right of possession or use of the vehicle.
