- The extract is the official information that confirms the records about a property, the rights and restrictions registered on it and who holds them. It is usually needed for a transaction or another operation with the property.
- It costs: 130 lei in 3 working days, 390 lei in 1 working day, 650 lei the same day. Online, as an electronic document, it is cheaper: 100, 300 and 500 lei.
- Who can ask: the owner, a person entitled to sell the property, a spouse whose right is not registered, a potential heir, or a person acting for them.
- For same-day service, pay by 11:00.

Get the extract
Online in your personal cabinet, or delivered to the address in your request by MDelivery. If you applied at the counter, you collect it at the territorial cadastral service office for the area where the property is, except in Chișinău.
If you applied on the basis of a notary's power of attorney, or as an heir, go to that office to show the original supporting documents.
