How to apply
- Submit the application
The application is submitted:
By Notaries:
- online, by using the Apply online button.
By Citizens:
- at the reception counter of the Multifunctional Centre in whose area of activity the immovable property is located, or of the Territorial Cadastral Services, where reception counters are operational.
For a prior appointment, which ensures that the person is served outside the waiting queue, access: Online appointment.
- Pay for the service
The service can be paid:
- online, through the MPay service or through the Payments module in EVO;
- at the counter.
- Get the documents
The documents will be received in the following ways:
- online, in the applicant's Personal Cabinet, and notaries will receive them on the platform for submitting the request;
- delivered to the applicant's home through the government delivery service MDelivery.
The notary will indicate the applicant's home address in the delivery request.
- at the office of the Territorial Cadastral Service in whose area of activity the immovable property is located, except for Chișinău.
