Ask a questionThe service is intended for the state registration of commercial organisations in the State Register of Legal Entities (RSUD), in order to start legal activity.
The application can be submitted online for the registration of commercial organisations:
- Limited liability company (LLC);
- Joint-stock company (JSC).
Attention: To request the service you need to have a reserved name, the service is available here. All documents attached to an application submitted online must be signed with the electronic signature.

Fee details
In the case of:
- Registration of a start-up enterprise;
- Registration of a resident of the zone supporting socio-economic development with a preferential regime (left bank of the Dniester);
- Re-registration of legal entities, due to changes in legislation.
How to apply
- Submit the application
The application can be submitted in person or through a representative, on the basis of a notarial power of attorney or an MPower authorisation:
- online, in a pilot phase for LLCs and JSCs, by using the “Apply online” button;
- at the counter, at the territorial subdivisions of the PSA, list available here.

- Pay for the service
The service can be paid:
- online, through MPay or the Payments module in EVO;
- at the counter, by POS terminal;
- through payment terminals;
- at bank branches.
- Get the decision
The registration decision is issued in electronic form:
- by e-mail, to the e-mail address given in the application.
