Good to know
- The vignette is compulsory for foreign-registered vehicles and their trailers that drive in or transit Moldova. Individuals and companies can buy it online.
- Cars (and trailers attached to them): from 4 euro (7 days) up to 85 euro (180 days), for 7, 15, 30, 90 or 180 days. The first entry of a car for 180 days costs 85 euro. If the owner has the right to stay more than 180 days, the "over 180 days" vignette costs 180 euro; it is also required for the periods that follow the first 180 days, or incomplete ones.
- The fee is set in euro and paid in lei at the official exchange rate of the day of payment.
- The vignette is valid from 00:00 of the day you choose until 24:00 of the last day paid. If you pick today as the start day, it starts from the time the payment is confirmed.
- Tip: avoid paying online between 23:45 and 00:01, because the system may block the payment.

Press Buy online at the top of this page. You enter:
- the vehicle (category, registration number without spaces or symbols and in Latin letters only, VIN code, country of origin);
- the vignette (start date and period);
- the applicant (individual or company, name or company name and unique code);
- the payer (country, series and number of the ID document);
- an e-mail address.
Cyrillic plates are transliterated into Latin letters. Confirm that the data are correct and that you agree to the processing of personal data.

After the payment is confirmed, the proof of payment is sent as an electronic document to the e-mail address you gave.
